- Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties
- Identifying key areas for addressing and complying with all requirements.
- Learn how to set objectives for, plan and develop the 3 management plan.
- The coordinating role for implementers in maintaining and improving quality, environmental, occupational health & safety management system, with reference to the Plan, Do,Check, Act (PDCA) cycle
- Understand the implications of employee behavior on QEHS management system audits
- The role and responsibilities of an auditor in planning, conducting, reporting and following up on an internal audit
- Gain the ability to confidently report findings and take corrective action
